Database Development Support
Maintenance, Upgrades,
Training, and Help
We provide comprehensive support for all our Database Applications.
Support includes cost free maintenance, standard training, extensive
help, and upgrades.
Cost Free Maintenance
We provide 60 days of cost free
maintenance after the successful installation and testing of Database
Applications. The free maintenance covers all bug fixes, required
changes to meet previously agreed upon specifications, and helping
Clients operate and maintain the Application on their own. The help we
provide during the free maintenance phase is in addition to Help
and Training Manuals we supply with all Applications we develop. The
free maintenance covers maintenance of an existing product. For
additions and modifications, please see Upgrades.
Upon Client's request, we provide
continued maintenance after the free maintenance period has run its
course.
Help
and Training Manuals
All our Database Applications include
Help/Training Manuals. The Manuals include product specifications,
operating instructions, trouble-shooting, and maintenance help. Graphics
are used for illustrations where needed. The format for Manuals range
from HTML documents, to high-end context-sensitive Windows Help files.
In addition to all the standard information, we can also compile and
include lists of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Upgrades
We generally initiate a new project to
upgrade an existing Application. Such projects can involve up-scaling or
migrating to a new Database, adding and modifying features of an
Application, or upgrading to a newer version of the underlying Database.
