Web Development Support
Maintenance, Upgrades,
Training, and Help
Due to distinct differences between Web
Sites and Web Applications, we provide different appropriate levels of
support for each. Please select from the following:
Web Site
Support
Web Site support begins after the
successful installation and testing of a Web Site on the Client's
Server.
We provide 30 days of cost free
maintenance for Web Sites we produce and install. The free maintenance
includes bug fixes, free uploads, and help and advice on running the Web
Site. We also provide a Help Manual with general uploading instructions
and tips, an exact list of files, and trouble-shooting tips. Optional
features with ASP / Database come with
separate instructions. Backups are included in all our Site
Packages.
Upon request, we can continue to maintain
a Web Site for a nominal fee.
Web
Application Support
We provide comprehensive support for all
Web Applications. Support includes cost free maintenance, standard
training and help, and possible upgrades.
Cost Free Maintenance
We provide 60 days of cost free
maintenance after the successful installation and testing of Web
Applications. The free maintenance covers all bug fixes, required
changes to meet previously agreed upon specifications, and helping
Clients operate and maintain the Web Application on their own. The help
we provide during the free maintenance phase is in addition to Help
and Training Manuals we supply with all Applications we develop. The
free maintenance covers maintenance of an existing product. For
additions and modifications, please see Upgrades.
Upon Client's request, we provide
continued maintenance after the free maintenance period has run its
course.
Help
and Training Manuals
All our Web Applications include
Help/Training Manuals. The Manuals include product specifications,
operating instructions, list of files (ASP, HTML, JavaScript, Databases,
etc), trouble-shooting, and maintenance help. The Manuals are supplied
in HTML format with graphic illustrations where needed. In addition to
all the standard information, we can also compile and include lists of
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Upgrades
We generally initiate a new project to
upgrade an existing Web Application. Such projects can involve adding
and modifying online Forms, Reports, Scripts and Pages. If the Web
Application includes Databases, then such projects can also involve
up-scaling or migrating to a new Database, or upgrading to a newer
version of the underlying Database.
